Holiday, leave and TOIL management is included from Native Workforce Pro. Starter includes scheduling, availability, clocking, timesheet review and work-record exports.
Can workers use one profile with more than one company?+
Yes. A worker can connect one personal Operations OS profile to multiple verified companies. Each company only sees the availability information needed for its proposed work, not private calendar details.
Does Operations OS replace payroll?+
Operations OS creates dependable working-time and payroll evidence, approvals and exports at the relevant tiers. It does not currently claim to replace every business’s payroll provider.
