When you join early access, we collect your name, work email, company name, team size, area of interest and your recorded communication preferences. We also receive limited technical information needed to protect the form from spam and understand aggregate website use.

We use early-access information to respond to your request, assess which Operations OS tier may fit your organisation, and send a 14-day trial invitation. We send broader product news only when you have separately chosen to receive it.

We process information needed to respond to your early-access request because you asked us to take those steps. Optional product-news messages rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Services that process information
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Form notifications are delivered using Resend to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process limited information on our behalf under their respective data-protection terms.
6. Retention
We keep early-access details only while they remain useful for the requested contact or customer relationship, unless law requires longer retention. Records that are no longer needed are reviewed and removed.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

We use privacy-focused Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website performance. We do not use advertising trackers.
