1. About this website
This website is operated by Operations OS Ltd (Company No. 17431573). It provides information about Operations OS, company signup, free worker access and registration of interest in future releases. The website also provides a browser-local demonstration using fictional sample data.
2. Website information
We aim to keep the information, plan details and pricing shown on this website accurate and useful. We may update website content as the service develops.
3. Early access
Submitting the form records your interest and allows us to contact you about access. No payment details are required to reserve early access. NW Starter, NW Pro and Operations OS company trials are available through signup and are subject to the company service terms and data-processing addendum shown there. Trials last 14 days from company creation with no card required and no automatic charge at the end. The Operations trial includes Assisted Routing with 1,000 provider request units across the whole company trial. Authorised provider dispatches count, including failed or interrupted attempts; a calculation may use several units. This trial allowance does not reset monthly. Continued paid Operations and optional Routing each require an explicit Checkout.
4. Demonstration experience
The Operations OS software demonstration contains fictional sample information and is provided for evaluation. Access may be temporary and changes may be discarded when the session ends. Do not enter real personal, confidential or commercially sensitive information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website or demonstration experience, bypass security controls, access another person’s session, upload harmful content, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Intellectual property
Operations OS branding, website content and product interfaces belong to Operations OS Ltd or its licensors. You may evaluate the website and any demonstration experience for your own business purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
7. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw website and demonstration access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, any demonstration is provided for evaluation and is not intended to support live operational decisions.
8. Links and integrations
References to third-party services do not transfer responsibility for those services to Operations OS Ltd. Connected-service availability remains subject to the relevant provider.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
10. Contact
Questions may be sent to hello@operationsos.co.uk.
11. App content permission
This section applies when you agree to the content permission in the app. The website and demonstration provisions above do not replace your company service agreement.
You keep ownership of the content you provide, including job adverts, photographs, CVs, introductions, messages and attachments. Only provide content you own or have permission to use and share. Do not upload material that infringes another person's rights or share someone else's confidential or personal information without appropriate authority.
You give Operations OS Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide the features you request, operate and secure the service, and comply with applicable law. This permission extends to service providers acting on our behalf for those purposes. It does not permit us to sell your CV or use your private content in advertising.
Your sharing choices control the intended recipients. For example, publishing a Network advert makes it available to eligible workers; applying to an advert shares the application and any introduction or CV you select with that company; sending a message shares it with its intended recipients. This permission does not make your private profile publicly searchable.
The permission lasts while content is stored for these purposes under our privacy notice, including a documented dispute or legal hold and time-limited backup handling. Removing content or deleting your account ends future optional display once the relevant removal process completes. Copies previously downloaded by an authorised recipient remain that recipient's responsibility under applicable law.
Report content-rights concerns to admin@operationsos.co.uk. We may restrict or remove content while investigating a report and provide an appropriate route to challenge a decision.
