Fixed monthly prices are available in GBP, USD, EUR and AUD. Prices are not recalculated from exchange rates at payment. Select your billing currency during company setup; website currency selections do not preselect the application currency.

The £20 Routing charge applies once per company, with 1,000 provider request units per UTC calendar month. One calculation can use several units; no automatic overages.

Additional enabled people: £2 each per paid month. Every extra subscribed workplace has its own Operations base charge and people allowance.

How enabled people and workplaces are billed

Enabled people include employees, freelancers, owners and administrators who can receive work or actively administer the workplace. One person counts once in that workplace, even with several roles. No separate administrator licence fee and no three-admin restriction.

Additional-person charges use the highest concurrent enabled-person count in the subscription billing period and are settled afterward. Today’s visible count can be lower. With 30 enabled people, archiving ten and then enabling ten different people keeps a peak of 30, provided the groups do not overlap.

Archived people retain their identity, agreements, work, payroll and audit history. They must be reactivated for new bookings, requests or active administration. Pending applications and unaccepted invitations do not automatically use the allowance. Archiving does not erase the period’s recorded peak or outstanding obligations.

Each subscribed workplace or operational base has its own allowance. The same person can count once in each workplace where enabled; allowances are not pooled across the company. A temporary venue is not automatically another paid workplace.

Authorised provider requests count, including failed or interrupted attempts. The allowance does not reset monthly. There are no automatic paid overages; manual timings and navigation links remain available.

Initial RMS support is Current RMS / OnRent Events, read-only. Six-month planning uses Orders, excluding quotes and drafts. Technical safeguards remain on Service matching. HireHop and Rentman are later connector work.

After the trial, the optional paid add-on includes 1,000 routing request units per company per UTC calendar month, shared across workplaces and separate from subscription renewal. One calculation can use several units. Assisted travel timings follow the planner’s chosen stop order. Embedded maps are not available at launch. Automatic stop reordering and multi-vehicle optimisation are outside this release.

Manual timing, run sheets and ordinary Google Maps navigation links stay in the base product. No automatic paid overages or top-up price is offered.

NW Network · coming later

Coming later. New NW Network purchases are closed at launch. Requests and offers to your existing workforce remain normal Native Workforce functionality.

Recruitment adverts and applications remain in the roadmap. No extra-advert prices or advert allowance are promised. Explore Network.

Workers record actual hours in NW for review, corrections, approval and payroll exports. Run progress never clocks anyone in or out. Expected deliveries stay separate from actual receipts. Formal inspections, purchasing suggestions, broader recruitment intake, AI/MCP automation and later integrations remain outside this release.
